Graphic Simulation
Using 3-D solid modeling software and Robot Graphic simulation software, we do complete 3-D graphic simulation for tool modeling. Graphic simulation allows you to virtually test robot programs, a robot’s path, speed and other robot job data (such as tool center point, user frame and I/O monitor) on the PC (Off-Line Programming). You can move the virtual robot, enter the data to create the robot job and finally this robot program can be downloaded into a robot controller. This means that a robot program can be created Off-Line and then can be downloaded into a robot controller and with minimal or no touch-up, the real robot job is done.
